Dubai Government to Introduce Common Law in Free Zones

Dubai’s government is currently considering the implementation of Common Law in its free zones, aiming to better cater to the aspirations of investors and enhance its global competitiveness.

The city’s authorities are actively exploring the application of Common Law as a means to improve the business environment and increase economic appeal and efficiency.

This initiative strongly supports the economic objectives laid out in the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to establish Dubai as one of the leading global economic hubs.
