Khaled is the Managing Partner of the Firm and an experienced legal professional with a solid background in dispute resolution, corporate advisory, and commercial legal practice. He holds a law degree from Alexandria University, Egypt, and began his legal career with an Alexandria-based law firm before continuing his professional journey in the United Arab Emirates, where he has worked with and represented clients through several reputable law firms.
    Over the course of his career, Khaled has advised individuals, corporate clients, and business entities on a broad range of legal matters, including civil, commercial, employment, construction, real estate, maritime, bankruptcy, inheritance, and personal status disputes. He has also developed extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration, in addition to advising on company incorporation, corporate structuring, and business setup matters across the UAE.
   Khaled is recognised by clients and within the business community for his practical legal insight, commercial awareness, and ability to provide clear, strategic, and result-oriented advice. Since joining the Firm as Managing Partner, he has made a valuable contribution to the development of the Firm’s practice, particularly in commercial disputes, arbitration, maritime litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, inheritance, and personal status matters.
   With a client-focused approach and strong understanding of the UAE legal and business environment, Khaled is well placed to support individuals and businesses in navigating complex legal challenges with confidence.
